When it comes to real world self defence, the only thing that should be expected is the worst, and boxing as a method of fighting that everyone’s tends to use, everyone fighter needs boxing as part as there fitness and self defence regime.
 
Whether you want to train for fitness, self defence or competition, boxing is a must! Physical fitness is a major benefit of boxing classes. A Boxing session stimulates all muscle groups, and provides the perfect combination of aerobic (with oxygen) and anaerobic (short-burst, without oxygen) exercise.
 
This will improve endurance levels, strength, power, fitness levels, and coordination. Heavy bag, mits, speed ball, uppercut bag, running, skipping and various drills and sparring are used to get the students in shape, either solo or with a partner.
 
Boxing improves all areas of fitness including reflexes, flexibility, speed and power. When class is over, you are dripping in sweat, and it's clear you've had one of the best all around workouts possible.
